Using Didivio
Terms of Service
These terms set out the ground rules for secure, authorized use of Didivio, a client reporting portal operated by DIDO SOLUTIONS LLC.
Effective August 2, 2026
The short version
Use Didivio only for the authorized client workspace, keep your account secure, and treat reports and access credentials as confidential. Your client services agreement controls if it conflicts with these portal terms.
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Didivio, a reporting portal operated by DIDO SOLUTIONS LLC (“DIDO SOLUTIONS LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Didivio, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you use Didivio for a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. If a written services agreement, statement of work, or data-processing agreement between DIDO SOLUTIONS LLC and your organization conflicts with these Terms, that written agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.
Access and account security
- Use only the account assigned to you and only the client workspaces you are authorized to access.
- Keep your password, sign-in links, and connected-account credentials confidential. Do not share them or allow another person to use your account.
- Provide accurate account information and promptly notify your administrator or DIDO SOLUTIONS LLC if your role or access needs to change.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, loss of credentials, or a security incident involving Didivio.
- We may suspend, limit, or revoke access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, a client, users, or DIDO SOLUTIONS LLC, or when access is no longer authorized.
Acceptable use
You may not, and may not allow anyone else to:
- Access or attempt to access another client's workspace, data, account, or system without authorization.
- Interfere with, disrupt, probe, reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass the security or access controls of Didivio.
- Upload, transmit, or use content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or violates another person's privacy or rights.
- Use Didivio to send spam, unlawful text messages, or communications without the required notices and consents.
- Use automated means to extract portal content except through an API or integration we expressly authorize.
- Use reporting data or AI features to make decisions in a way that violates law, contracts, or the rights of others.
Competitor Intelligence add-on
Where a client subscribes to the Competitor Intelligence add-on, Didivio monitors publicly available marketing communications of third-party brands the client nominates, by subscribing to those brands' public mailing lists using research addresses we control, and by reviewing publicly accessible web pages.
- Captured third-party material is used solely for research, analysis, and comparison inside the client's private dashboard. It is attributed, watermarked, and not licensed for reuse, republication, or redistribution.
- Monitoring reflects only what our research addresses receive or what is publicly visible. It is a sample, not a complete record of any third party's activity, and figures are presented as observations.
- Raw captured material is retained for a limited period and then deleted; aggregated statistics derived from it are retained for reporting continuity.
- Clients may not use the add-on's output to infringe a third party's intellectual property or to mislead consumers about a third party.
Client data and connected services
You retain all rights you have in data you or your organization make available to Didivio (“Client Data”). You grant DIDO SOLUTIONS LLC the limited right to host, process, analyze, and display Client Data only as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted reporting services and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell Client Data.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, notices, and consents to connect marketing platforms and provide Client Data to Didivio. Connected services, such as a marketing platform, messaging service, or AI provider, may have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms.
AI-assisted features
Didivio may offer AI-assisted answers, recommendations, or draft content. These features use only the authorized client context selected for the request, but generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing, sending, or acting on them.
AI-assisted content is not legal, financial, tax, employment, or other professional advice, and it is not a guarantee of marketing results. Do not submit highly sensitive personal information to an AI feature unless you are authorized to do so and it is necessary for the requested use.
Reports, recommendations, and decisions
Didivio presents information supplied by authorized integrations and users. Reports, scores, forecasts, comparisons, recommendations, and campaign ideas are provided for informational and operational planning purposes. They are not a promise of revenue, deliverability, performance, or any other result. You remain responsible for validating important information and for all decisions and actions taken based on the service.
Our service and feedback
Didivio, including its software, design, documentation, and non-client content, is owned by DIDO SOLUTIONS LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms and your applicable services agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use Didivio for your organization's internal business purposes during the authorized service period.
If you provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you or disclose your Client Data in doing so.
Disclaimers and limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Didivio is provided “as is” and “as available.” DIDO SOLUTIONS LLC does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure in every circumstance, or that all information will be complete or current. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where they cannot be disclaimed by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIDO SOLUTIONS LLC and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of Didivio. Any liability is subject to the limits and exclusions in the applicable written services agreement; where no such agreement applies, DIDO SOLUTIONS LLC's total liability for claims related to Didivio will not exceed the amount paid to DIDO SOLUTIONS LLC for the affected service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes, termination, and contact
We may update Didivio or these Terms to reflect changes in the service, law, or our business. We will post the updated Terms here and change the effective date. Continued use after an update becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms, except where additional notice or consent is required by law.
You may stop using Didivio at any time. Access ends when your organization's service period or your authorization ends, or when we suspend or terminate access under these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, limits of liability, and dispute-related provisions in an applicable services agreement—will survive.
For questions about these Terms or Didivio, contact your DIDO SOLUTIONS LLC representative using the contact method in your services agreement.
