Privacy at Didivio

Privacy Policy

Didivio is a secure reporting portal operated by DIDO SOLUTIONS LLC. We collect only the information needed to provide and protect the service, and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

Effective August 2, 2026

Our commitment in plain language

Contact information and client reporting information are used to operate Didivio and support the authorized client relationship. We do not sell personal information or make it available to third parties for their own advertising or marketing.

1

Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how DIDO SOLUTIONS LLC (“DIDO SOLUTIONS LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information through Didivio, our client reporting portal, and related support communications. It applies to authorized portal users, our personnel, and people who contact us about the service.

Didivio is a business-to-business portal. Where DIDO SOLUTIONS LLC processes information on behalf of a client through that client's connected marketing platforms, the client's own privacy notice and agreements may also apply.

2

Information we collect

Depending on how you use Didivio, we may collect:

  • Account and contact information: name, business email address, role, client workspace, and account status.
  • Authentication and security information: password hashes, secure invitation and password-reset token hashes, session data, IP or device information, and security/audit records.
  • Client reporting information: authorized data from connected marketing platforms, including campaign, flow, deliverability, audience, conversion, revenue, and channel-performance data.
  • Support and communication information: messages, comments, notification preferences, and the identifiers needed to connect authorized support channels such as Telegram or Google Chat.
  • Usage and technical information: information generated when you use the portal, such as browser or device information, log records, and cookies or similar technologies used to operate, secure, and improve the service.

We do not ask portal users for payment-card numbers, government identifiers, or precise location data. Please do not place sensitive personal information in support messages unless it is necessary and you are authorized to provide it.

3

How we use information

  • Provide, secure, authenticate, and administer Didivio and its authorized client workspaces.
  • Connect, sync, and present reporting data selected by the client or DIDO SOLUTIONS LLC.
  • Send service messages, invitations, password resets, report notices, and support responses.
  • Respond to support requests, investigate issues, prevent abuse, and maintain audit and security records.
  • Generate client-requested reporting insights and AI-assisted content using the minimum tenant-scoped context needed for that feature.
  • Meet legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect the rights, privacy, and safety of users and DIDO SOLUTIONS LLC.

We do not use client contact information or client reporting data to build advertising audiences, broker data, or market unrelated products to those contacts.

4

No sale or advertising sharing

We do not sell, rent, license, or trade personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or allow third parties to use it for their own independent marketing purposes.

We may disclose limited information only when necessary to run Didivio, including to vetted service providers that host the portal, store data, deliver authorized service notifications, support secure integrations, or process AI requests initiated within the portal. Those providers may process information only to provide services to us and not for their own marketing. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a merger, financing, or sale of our business. Any successor would be required to honor this policy or provide notice of a material change as required by law.

Client reporting information remains access-controlled: it is available only to the client workspace and DIDO SOLUTIONS LLC personnel with an authorized business need. A shared report link alone does not grant access.

5

SMS, messaging, and subscriptions

Didivio may report on a client's email, SMS, or RCS program when that client has authorized a connected marketing-platform integration. We use that information to create the client's reports; we do not use a client's subscriber contacts for DIDO SOLUTIONS LLC marketing or to create a Didivio messaging list.

The portal does not currently offer a recurring DIDO SOLUTIONS LLC promotional SMS subscription for portal users. If we later offer an optional SMS program, we will present the applicable consent terms at sign-up, including message purpose and frequency, message-and-data-rate notice, opt-out instructions, and support contact information. Consent to receive marketing texts will not be a condition of using Didivio.

If you receive messages from a client's own SMS program, that client controls its campaign and consent practices. Please use that message's opt-out instructions or contact the client directly.

6

Competitor research data

For clients using the Competitor Intelligence add-on, we operate research email addresses and pseudonymous research identities that subscribe to third-party brands' public mailing lists. These identities are created and controlled by us; they do not correspond to real natural persons, and no real person's personal data is used to create them.

Material we receive at those addresses is marketing content addressed to us. Where such material incidentally contains personal data (for example, a sender's business contact details), we use it only to attribute and analyze the communication, never for outreach. Raw captured material is deleted after a limited retention period; aggregated, non-personal statistics derived from it are retained.

Public web pages cited in reputation summaries are publicly available sources; we store the page address and title, not profiles of their authors.

7

Your choices and privacy requests

You may update account information through the portal where that option is available, change notification settings, or ask your workspace administrator or DIDO SOLUTIONS LLC contact for help. You may also request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information that we hold about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate exceptions such as security, legal, accounting, and recordkeeping needs.

To make a request, contact your DIDO SOLUTIONS LLC representative or use the contact method provided in your services agreement. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

California residents may have additional rights to know, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of their personal information. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not provide a “Do Not Sell or Share” link. Where applicable law gives you a different right, you may exercise it through the request process above.

8

Security and retention

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport, tenant-scoped authorization, credential encryption, and audit logging for privileged actions. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain reporting history, meet legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When retention is no longer necessary, we delete or de-identify information using reasonable measures.

9

Children and policy changes

Didivio is designed for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice when required by law.
